Brandon Lussier

Brandon Lussier

Brandon Lussier, Pillar To Post franchise owner/operator, has been serving Portland, Maine, and the surrounding area since January 2014. Brandon started his first business at age 20. He also served in the United States Marine Corps. Brandon takes pride in that he is a Certified Master Inspector and holds several certifications to better serve all his customers. Brandon Lives in Windham with his wife Elizabeth and 2 daughters Sophia and Blake

John Watson

John Watson, now serving Central Maine, joined the Lussier team from Denver, Colorado. There he was a small business owner of a premiere landscaping and irrigation design company. He has worked closely with commercial and residential property management teams to design, build, and maintain both small and large scale projects.

His eye for detail, background in consulting, and customer service oriented training blends seamlessly with the Lussier Team’s philosophy in giving our clients the best home inspection experience in the area.

Dave Bedell

Dave has spent 25 years in the construction business building and retrofitting petroleum service sites from building to pipe fitting petroleum systems. He spent 15 of my 25 years as a UST and AST licensed installer were I also inspected sites all through Maine and New Hampshire. Dave has now taken all his experience and knowledge to home inspections. When Dave is not working he likes to spend time with his family enjoying trips to camp and most outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling.

Patrick Kavanagh

Prior to joining the Lussier Team, Pat conducted building assessments as a government contractor working for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the National Park Service. Pat gained a unique knowledge of construction processes and building systems. After five years on the road, Pat is excited to stay local and help serve homebuyers in his community. In his off time, Pat enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his family and friends.

Melissa Parker

Melissa provides administrative support by booking inspections, responding, and networking with clients and realtors. She also attends major events on behalf of The Lussier Team. She joined our team back in April 2019 and has always been strong in customer service. Her bubbly attitude is one of her strengths that keeps clients and agents happy to work with us and always willing to go that extra mile!
